I didn't have any anxiety before this pregnacy but at about 13 weeks it was so bad I could handle people even touching me. Which with a 3 year old does not work. Talked to my doc and he put me on a low dose of prozac. I feel so much more myself now!

I found that taking extra vitamin D helped stabilize my moods a bit. But I also feel that way, mostly because it's exhausting growing a human being. Talk to your doctor for sure. And if you have a friend you can vent to that could help too.

I have issues with depression and anxiety as well prior to pregnancy and definitely with pregnancy even tho I'm ecstatic I'm going to be a mommy. I've been on antidepressant s through the pregnancy and my perinatalogist says its perfectly safe. You still have some time to go I would talk to doc like she said :)
