Depression

I'm on my 5th baby and this time I'm really feeling depressed. I often fight with myself in my head. I don't want to see a doctor about this. What can I do?

You might want to look into a DHA/EPA supplement. Dr Fuhrman says most women that suffer from this related to pregnancy is due to low levels of DHA /EPA.
Baby takes what they need and sometimes you are left depleted. A good one is Nordic Naturals marine algae EPA /DHA it is non gmo, and mercury free.hope this helps you!

I'm on my fifth too. I think a lot of it has to do with quality time alone. Just being worn out and tired on top of a long winter. Try getting out alone on the nice days, fresh air, a drive in the car with windows down and radio up and shopping seems to lift my spirits. Even if I'm just browsing and not buying. Just to get dressed and go out alone. It's tiresome always giving of yourself and being mommy. Sometimes I miss people calling me by my name not mom, followed by give me, buy me, or I want.

I was in the same situation with my 1st and it was a very trying time. But coming from someone who's  been there ask ur dr to refer you to a therapist to help deal with your depression. I promise talking to a professional will help. Plus they help you mentally stabilize to be ready for the baby. It was the best thing I could have done for my daughter

Distract yourself, get out a little, do fun activities with your kids, go to the park, walk, listen to music, get pretty like do your makeup and hair. Try out these :)

Work out, meditate, use a journal and if those don't work, you should see a doctor. It's for your own good as well as your children's sanity. I pray, pray and pray some more. Good luck!
