Numb hands

I'm 32+5 and at night when I sleep my hands go numb it wakes me up all night I sleep with them straight and try not to lay on them what else can I do?

Thats sounds like carpel tunnel.i m suffering with it this pregnancy.go to your chemist they should sell wrist supports for this.wear them to bed.
My midwife also said run wrists under hot then cold to get the blood flowing again.x

It sounds like pregnancy carpel tunnel. I had it with my daughter. The only thing that helped was wrist supportsthat u can get at almost any pharmacy. It will go away once the little one arrives.

I toss and turn , and try sleeping in different positions nothing helps but ill try the wrist supports thank you ladies :)
