Restless Leg Syndrome is super common in pregnancy. I've had it pretty much from week 10 on. It feels like I always have leg cramps and hurts to the point that I've actually cried about it. The only thing that seems to help is my hubby rubbing them down with lotion every night. Sometimes I can't go to sleep until he does it poor guy lol.
Im 19 weeks also and i have had leg pains since like week 8/9. My doctor said its not pregnancy related but I think hes full of crap cause I didn't have it before I got pregnant.
That's usually a sign that you are not well hydrated or that your electrolytes are off balance. Drink water and Gatorade for a few days and stay active, stretching helps!! If it gets worse go to the Dr.
