8w5d question

My appointment is Thursday, but for the last couple days I have had mild mild cramping or like an ache feeling in my pooch area.. is that possibly from my uterus stretching or is it something I should be about?

The reason for the blockage is the progesterone in your body makes your intestinal track and digestive slow down so the baby can get nutrients from the food you eat... (I forgot to add that in the previous comment)!

You're not alone! What helped for me is drinking a TON of water and having probiotic yogurt everyday. If none of that works, Mineral oil will do the trick :-) good luck!

I had something similar when I was 8 weeks and turned out to be gas/intestinal cramps.... unless you're bleeding, don't stress yourself out!
