Dinner

Anyone having problems decideding what to eat? I know I need to eat, but I'm not hungry so I stand in my kitchen looking at the cabinets and fridge/freezer feeling so lost.

Finally I was like what the heck, the options will eaither be ice cream (not a good choice)
or Steak, Black Eye Peas and Potatoes (prolly no the best choice ever....)
I went with the latter, though, staring at it trying to talk myself into eating even though not really hungry.

Potatoes are healthy! They have a lot more potassium than bananas. And steak has good protein and iron. I don't know what is in black eyed peas. Ice cream has calcium, so it's not a total waste. Just eating anything is good. I feel the same way. I'm 11 weeks. Hope it gets better in the second trimester.

Same here. Nothing is appealing I crave Nada, and I worry about it. I lost 7 Ibs my first two months due to nausea and stomach pain. Not sure y so many women have cravings and hunger and I see food and am like ugh I have to eat something. Hope it goes away soon.

I have been the same exact way I have to think about what I WANT to eat, not what I should or what's there. It has to be something I want. I haven't had any morning sickness either. I eat maybe twice a day just because I know it wouldn't be wise not to eat. I hope it goes away soon and I can start eating the things I should.
