Light spotting is okay.. I had it with my first to the point I didnt know I was pregnant till 3 months in.. I am going on six weeks now and I have spotting randomly but it is clear mixed with a timy bit of blood only when I wipe maybe three times it has happened.. no need to worry though honestly.. it is not normally a huge deal unless you have a past of miscarriages. . But they way I look at it.. if I were to have a miscarriage it just means that there would have been something wrongwith that pregnancy.. either the baby or you could have went through more harm than a miscarriage early on.. it will be okay.. never stress over it because it can make the bleeding worse.. just lay down and take it easy and everything will be a ok

I had the same issue the doc couldnt find the fetus and told me Imay miscarry he was wrong and my obgyn said an er doc should not tell you that bc at 6 weeks its common to not see a fetus. I didnt get an actual pic of the fetus til I was around 8 weeks.dont worry yourself too much.

A lot can be told by the numbers, although there is a range. If they are too low for where you think you are then either you are maybe not as far along as you thought or you're having a miscarriage. And they should at least be able to see a sac by now. But , maybe you're not add far along as you thought.  They'll probably repeat the lab work to see which way the numbers are going.

Anytime someone has spotting we say you are having a threatened miscarriage,  meaning maybe this will end up in a baby or a miscarriage.  However, it may just be too early to see anything.  Just wait a few weeks and go back to the doctor for a check up. You will know what's going xoxo by then. Unfortunately in the beginning,  so many things just need and take time to declare themselves.  Good luck!
