I'm 10 week pregnant and me and my child father not together and he mad because I don't want  my child around  his girlfriend I'm wrong

Check your local laws. They vary from state to state. Here in SC, I was told by a cop that since the father and I were never married I had complete legal custody of our son, even though he signed the birth certificate. I also have set it up with his mother that he is not to be alone with our son, nor can he take him anywhere unless she goes along as well.

Also, i've heard of stories where the guys never signed the birth certificate or signed over their rights and  yet still had to pay child support.

There are many different routes you could go, but your best bet would be to check into your state laws.

You could just try to get full custody and he would pay child support.. look into it

Some men don't realize that they are only hurting their child when they force a relationship. My sisters ex used to drive around drunk with the girles in the car and either take them to parties where everyone is hammered drunk and stoned or he would drop them off with his psychotic mother Friday and pick them up Sunday. He only took took the girls every other weekend to hurt my sister and please his mother. It's been 7 yrs since the divorce, the girles haven't seen him in about 6 years and my sister took him to court to give up his parental rights. He did so he didn't have to pay any more child support and my sister's new husband had adopted them.

there's still lots of time between now and delivery but hate to break it to you but once you have the baby and you put him down as the father and he signs the recognition of parentage he has the right to bring your child around any one he wants .. my suggestion would be to go fatherless and not put him down if you really don't want anything to do with him but that would mean no child support and you can't bother him with the child but a positive he would have no rights whatsoever you make every decision for your child your call in how much you want him involved but my ex took me to court after 5 Years of not being in his child's life and now he gets my son every other weekend and every other holiday even though he doesn't have a relationship with him unless my son is in danger I have no say who he brings around him or what he does with him it's a pain in the butt since I raised my son by my self

Well I know her and she don't respect her own kids she smoke weed around them so why should I let my child around her
