Dry skin

Do anyone get really dry skin on the back on your hands??? I'm almost 10 weeks and a little over a week ago the tops of both hands are extremely dry... I've never had dry skin before and it's so bad now my hands are in a lot of pain...

My favorite lotion for hands is the skin strengthening renewal cream. Its amazing. I had the driest skin a couple years ago and it plumoes them back up and relieved the pain. I always keep some around now. Its got red lettering on the tube.

Try natural oils.. like sweet almond, coconut or grapeseed oil immediately after washing your hands. Warm water is best instead of hot since hot can dry out your skin. You want to lock as much moisture in as possible. Also try soaking in a warm bath with several drops of oil your skin will thank you later and you will thank the natural oils.
