Ease the pain! ugh

So I was told I'm having early labor contraction, very consistent and extremely painful especially in my back, also told I hadn't dilated yet. Now I'm getting ready for bed and Ohhh boy!!!  These contractions just take over! How to deal with them?

i know its the LAST thing you may be thinking about... But orgasm has caused many women to dilate! If you can relax enough to make this happen, it may speed things along for you...

Thank you ladies! I've been up all night from excruciating back pain!!! And went to use the bathroom and a good amount of mucus plug came out sorry TMI.. I'm gonna go in, I can't sleep and the dull back pain will not go away.

I hD mine for well over a week with my last starting at 35-36 weeks then had PROM at 37 weeks. I was in a lot of pain but I forced myself to walk around walmart plus do my stairs a few times and hip rotations and what not. Try heat tylenol bath massage essential oils pressure on your back etc.

My contractions have been 10 minutes apart and I've been having them for 2 days now! I was checked a day ago and no dilation, I don't want to go back to the on screening room just to be sent home. Now I'm having serve twinge feeling in my crotch area... Maybe she's getting lower?..

How far apart are your contractions? If your contractions are pretty strong you may be dilated now...good luck! :)

Try a warm shower and have your partner rub your back. I heard sometime the warm shower helps block the pain. Good luck and baby almost here
