East infection

Hi ladies!
Any of you have any advise on how to cure/relieve for east infection during pregnancy? I'm 14 weeks and it has been bothering me for a while. Any home remedies that any of you tried and it helped? Thank you!

Not necessarily I had the same issue at the begining of my pregnacy and nothing worked to soothe the symptoms. .. I was tested and everything came back negative the doctor said it might just be my hormons being so unbalanced

If it made things worse, maybe it's bacterial?

Thank you so much!! Before pregnancy i used to take fluconazole pill & it helped right away, but was told by my doc, it is not safe to take during pregnancy. Did monistat Saturday night and for some reason it made things worse. Will try yougurt and other recommendations. Thanks a lot for your responses!
