Easy Dinner Ideas

I'm being induced Friday and looking for some low prep, easy dinner ideas to leave for my family and maybe some freezer meals for when I get home.  What are your favorites?

Thanks Luke-n-baby 2.  My husband doesn't trust Pinterest anymore, especially crock pot meals.  He always asks if it's another Pinterest one.  I made tacos and a lasagna, but I think the kids would love your garlic toast pizza.  We always use leftover hamburger bins or bagels with that.  And now I'm craving dumplings!  :-)

Look up freezer meals on pinterest or even Google. I love making sweeat and sour chicken, lasagna, chili and sloppy joes. I make huge batches and freeze. I make dumplings for soup and freeze them also so you can just add broth and veggies and cook. My easy meal my husband and kids love is: little garlic toasts, add a little pizza sauce, cheese and pizza toppings and bake in the oven til crispy. So easy and tasty. Kids would even like to make

i went on pinterest and found several freezer meal plans with shopping lists and prep instructions to cook a month's worth of food at once!
