Eating

So im 17 wks and baby wont let me eat only raw veggies and fruits. I so craving meat and greasy foods or even just something other then fruits and veggies. Should i be worried?

Only cold food sits well for me..

A balanced diet gets more important the further you get along. Maybe introduce some whole wheat or grains? If you crave meat, perhaps lean meat would sit better than sausage or ground meat. Sounds like your body is craving some fat if you want greasy foods. Perhaps cheese might help? Watch that it is a hard cheese and pasteurized, not the cheese we are cautioned from.

That's probably because you need to detox your body. I have the same. Fresh fruits veggies and jello that's all I can eat during my first trimester. No need to worry they have all the nutrients we need. Later on we need protein

I'm still the same way. I wouldn't worry about it. If you're able to do milk then get the carnation instant breakfast it has protein in it

I personally wouldn't be worried...I was the same way...it gets better...try adding protein like chicken and peanut butter beans, lentils, and whole grain cereals...hope that helped..
