So I think I'm miscarrying. I was told not to bother going to the er cause they will send you home anyhow..  Should I wait it out and call my doctor tomorrow?

You should Definitely go in to the hospital.ASAP. in some cases bleeding doesn't always, mean miscarriage.  I once got up from the couch and the sofa was covered in blood,. Being scared I quickly cleaned it with noone noticing ran to the bathroom and continued bleedibg over the toilet.  Till I got the courage to go in.  They told me it was because I had sexual intercourse and it was Ohkay.  To be more cautious next time.  There can be other reasoning also.

Go to er. Even if you think nothing can be done, between ultrasounds just to reassure you, or an Rh shot, anything is better than you sitting at home worried. I pray that all is ok.

They ER will check your hcg levels, give you a quick physical and do an ultrasound. If you are miscarrying and are in the first trimester, unfortunately there is nothing that they can do. So they will usually release you. It could be nothing though. I would say go in and get checked out. You will not be able to relax until you have answers.

The er can not turn you away.  They will do blood work and give you an ultrasound to either confirm or find out its something else..  If it is a miscarry you may need further medical Care that they can give you.  I hope you aren't but you should go

I would go to hospital. 2 days before Xmas I began bleeding and cramping real bad, I went to hospital and they did a few test. Which everything turned out to be OK thank God. But just seeing my baby gave me a peace of mind until I was able to see the doctor.

Call your doctor now. If they are closed the on call doctor will tell you to go to the hospital. I thought I was miscarrying a couple weeks ago. There was tons of blood and clots. Thankfully everything is OK but you should always call your doc if your concerned. Good luck!
