Dropping/lower movement & swelling?!?

The last 10 days or so I noticed she getting lower & I don't want to say it's painful but definitely uncomfortable. The swelling in my hands and feet is ridiculous!  It all seemed to happen around the same time... Anyone else?  33 weeks & 5 days,  girl,  due November 22nd

I'm 38.5 weeks. My little guy dropped 3 or 4 weeks ago. I honestly haven't noticed any extra swelling. I had some blood pressure problems early and have been working hard to keep both my bp and swelling down. If it's really bothering you, it helps to drink lots of water, avoid sodium and fried foods, and stay active.

I also swear by a couple drops of lemon essential oil in a big glass of ice water a couple times a day. If I notice swelling and take lemon oil, it usually disappears completely within an hour or so.

My bp has been high maybe a handful of times..  I fell 4 weeks ago & severely sprained my ankle but in the last 3-4 days everything has swelling soooo bad. Thank you!!!  I'm going to try the lemon oil tomorrow!

I hope it helped. I've been told to check my bp at home daily. As long as it stays UNDER 140/90 you're good. Anything above that, and they'll want to see you.
