It really does get tough sometimes.. glad im not the only one.. the only thing that seems to help a little for me is taking a relaxing shower, laying down, pampering myself with a mani/pedi..
Try some relaxation methods, or go to a spa or get a massage.
I think that is the biggest of life's mysteries lol when you get father along they will some what even out but just breath cry it out and just relax I have had 4 breakdowns in the past 2 days ... I think our hormones hit harder with the guys cause I know my hubby try to help but can't cause he don't know why im upset but he does try ...
I pray about it. That's all we could do since being emotional for no reason it's real. Yesterday I wanted to cry but I hold it and just because I didn't get a CA burrito instead I got rolled tacos and that's not what I wanted.
And sometimes depression comes and goes and also for no reason. Just pray!
Wish i knew, I don't think you can control it.
