Try suppositories.  I got them with my first son, never went away... dealt with them for 8 years. Just had them removed 2 days ago. Don't sit for a long time on the pot, don't strain, eat more fiber, plenty of water. Once u have baby there will be less pressure and blood in your private area. This will help them shrink and go back inside.

Buy some preparation h cream to help with pain and swelling and use witch hazel or tucks pads to cleanse the area after bowel movements eat more fiber to prevent straining.. After using these products for a couple of weeks mine isn't completely gone but is no longer painful and has shrunk significantly my doctor said she would give me something stronger after delivery because its a good chance it will flair up again after all of the pushing.

Eat lots of fiber and orange juice to soften your stool, be active and go walking. It is normal anyway because the baby is pressing on these areas. Gd luck to you
