Everything hurts...any ideas on relief!?

i am 29 weeks and 2 days and everything hurts. I am talking my whole belly. My lower hips my knees. Even after I wake up in the morning my heels hurt.
Granted I have gained some extra weight I was 200 and I have gained 20 pounds already I completely understand that is part of it and am making changes to help my eating habits as well as walking more. I am starting to consistently do prenatal yoga and that helps significantly but walking through the mall lasts maybe half hour and I'm super done.
I am being a baby is this normal and any advice
Thanks :).

Being overweight doesn't help i actually started this pregnancy at 240 and i notice that just by cleaning the house or being more active for a longer period of time that I'm used to by lower back starts to feel like I'm being stabbed I didn't have this much pain with my first and i started that pregnancy at 180  good luck hun i use a lot of icy hot things like that seem to help

That's a great point I mean I stand at work all day but it's not like active movements and a lot I am so tired so I just try to sit down I just need to fight it and walk it out

Are you active at all during the day?
When I stay in certain positions for a long time my hips and knees start to hurt.
You are taking prenatals right?
I was also 200 but have gained 30 so far. I am 32 weeks
