I was told to keep doing what I was when I got pregnant. Unfortunately, nausea made it impossible to keep up with the intensity level. I replaced fitness bootcamp with hiking, walking, stretching and stair steps. Whatever you do, make sure to stay well hydrated with water.

Hi, I got told at the beginning to keep up with my exercising, at the time I was doing zumba so I just spoke to the instructor about what I can and couldn't do, as long as your comfortable and don't push yourself too much excercise is good as supposedly helps with labour, speak to your midwife though about certain types of excercise :)
