Exercise

Whats a good amount of exercise to get while pregnant? I am trying to work out at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes, I figure it's about as good  as it's going to get until I am less tired or well into my second trimester.  Just curious what everyone else does to get exercise and what you are doing to keep healthy through your pregnancy.

I was told by the doctor 30 min a day 5 times a week .. walking swimming yoga

I'm 18w2d. I walk about 2-3hrs a day or more. No arm workout until I'm about 20w with light weights. I'm going to start doing light yoga in 21w. I eat health too. Drink lots of water or fresh bone or vegetable soup. :-) No junk food, candy & no by products. Good luck. :-D and Congrats..

I'm 26 wks and I'm using my treadmill or elliptical for 30 min 6 days a wk my doctor says its Ok and I drink lots of water !!!

I am 35 weeks.  I do light weights sitting down 20 mins.  Bike and elliptical 15 mins each.
