Holy Braxton Hicks Batman!

Seriously hurt and blindside me. Doc said they're normal as long as they aren't frequent and im not bleeding. But damn. Lol

Yes! I don't understand why they say BH don't hurt. They do! Sometimes mine are crazy. I've dropped to my knees twice from them sneaking up on me. Thankfully I can usually walk them off, but all I can think is how actual labor will be. Eek!

Lay on a heating pad for 10mins. No longer than 10 minutes at a time.  It helps
