Failed my one hour glucose test.

I'll be going in on Friday for the three hour. I've heard there's a high rate of false positives on the one hour. How many of you failed the one hour but passed the three hour?

I failed the first one and barely passed the 3 hour! But a pass is a pass!

Most doctors ask that you fast before this test and most make it a requirement. I know that some women still eat the morning of, especially if their test is later in the day, but I would definitely recommend fasting completely. They take your "fasting blood level" first and then I guess compare it to the rest of the blood taken over the course of three hours.

Mine is Thursday,  they said my first one was elevated and I'm 33; always been healthy.. ..I'm bit worried too,  they told me No Food or Drink night before test,  or day till after test,  what do you mean protein? They said Nothing

Sitting at my 3 hour glucose right now too! Hoping to pass this time! They had me fast for this test!

Eat lots of protein for breakfast before the test!  Low carbs...  No cereal or fruit.  It will help your body process the glucose they give you.
