i dont think you'll have any more trouble then the average ftm. ive actually been told by my midwife larger breasts, with large flat nipples tend to have the most trouble but with the right support she believes anyone can breast feed. (i think she mentioned this to me in particular because i have very large breasts and like any ftm was concerned about my ability to feed my baby when the time comes.) Good luck! if you dont have a midwife who will visit you postpartum for the two weeks after delivery id recommend trying to find a lactation consultant that could do house calls to help if you have any trouble.
They have something that goes over your nipple to help babies attach.
