I was the exact same way with my 1st pregnancy! I didn't start feeling better until about 16-17wks. It was like I had the flu! I ended up being dehydrated and had get go to ER so just make sure you take care of yourself!  I know its hard to drink because of the nausea but I found Gatorade helped.  It will get better!  I'm now pregnant with my second and this pregnancy is so different!  Not as sick as I was with my 1st and I don't feel as tired either!  Hang in there!

Most importantly rest...if your body is telling you to slow down...slow down. It's completely normal :)

I'm 10wks and I've been a wreck for the past 3 weeks. I'm sick, tired, sick and tired lol I was sick with my first baby but not as bad as I am now. This week I def feel a bit better though, the only advice my doctors give me is to just ride it out unfortunately :( Vitamins can help but not for everyone unfortunately- lt almost always gets better with time. Be strong mama!!!

Diclegis was the only thing that helped me, and it didn't even make it go away completely. Around 16 weeks the nausea and vomiting subsided.
