I need encouragement

Been at the hospital for 8 hours. My Dr got stuck in emergency surgery so it wasn't until 6hrs in they broke my water. But I'm still only a 3. Contractions every 2-3 min. I HAD to get the epidural. That totally sucked by the way. I'm just getting discouraged that nothing is happening :(

The joys of birth no one said it will be quick and easy but Hey look at the bright side since your water is broke there's no going back :) And soon your beautiful baby will have entered this world and all these feelings you are having will be gone and you will be overcome with love and joy!
