That's usually what happens. A baby changes ur life including ur friends. Most of the time ur single or kid free friends will try to still hang out with u but soon realize that most of the time u won't be able to so they slowly disappear. Single ppl don't want to be around a crying baby.. but u need to find friends with kids so u all can understand each other. Sound weird but that is 2 hat happens lol
Just calm down hun and like everyone said, focus on your baby whenever you feel lonely or isolated. I do feel taht pregnancy hormones make us little extra emotional even about things we wouldnt have noticed or cared of normally!!
I had been always there for a friend till the time she had her c-section. Now that i am pregnant she has not contacted me for that last 3 or 4 months. She does have enough time to facebook though but never talks to me. I guess thats human nature. So just forget those people. Love yourself and your baby. Thats all what matters. :) you are almost there. I still have 10 more weeks to go.. uugghh!! Seems like time has just stopped... :D
Thank you ladies. My parents are split so I dobt have a lot support from them. But yes it is nice to have m husband by my side. I don't understand how men can create a new life and leave it and the woman he loved
Wow mermer311... men make me sick to my stomach sometimes. I don't understand how they can walk away from something they created to. This is my 2nd pregnancy and my husband no help. He freaks out and tries to bury his head in the sand. If i have learned anything its that we are stronger than u think. You can do this with or without help. Best wishes to u both.
I haven't heard from nearly all of my friends in 3 months. I get down about it a lot because all I really have now is my mother since my baby's father doesn't want to be involved. At least you have your husband. That must be nice.
Im sorry that u are having a rough time. Pregnancy can make u feel isolated already, especially if u are on bed rest. Try not to focus on how flaky ppl can be. It helped me to watch kids movies and cheesy films to stay positive. Even listening to babies giggling helped me focus on the the fact that u will soon have one of your own, and it will love u no matter what. Happy pregnancy makes happy babies. Lol. Good luck and i hope u feel better soon.
