Finally off bedrest
I will be 36 wks Thursday and my docs had been talking about taking me off of bedrest, and I can hopefully go back to work. Anyone been on rest due to preterm labor and how soon after did you deliver? I was dilated 1.5 and 60% effaced, contractions every 8 min at 27 weeks when I went into the hospital.
They had me on procardia (sp) which was to help stop the contractions. Is that what they put you on? I didnt have any the whole time I was on bedrest except BH and I am assuming its bc of the medication. So we will see now that I am off it if there is any activity.
I've been put on bedrest at 21 weeks with my last 3 pregnancies. I'm taking a new medication this time and we are hoping to avoid preterm labor and delivery.
I was just put on bed rest at 32+6 and have to make it to 35wks before they will take me off bed rest. 33+3 now, long 2wks left
That's how I was with my last. I had him at 37w3d
