I've been eating deli meats for the last 38 weeks.
As long as it's fully cooked chicken I don't think there's anything wrong with that. You can eat deli meat too but it need to be heated first and the same with hotdogs.
U can eat deil meats I did the whole time i was pregnant as long as it's fully cooked through and my baby girl is perfectly healthy
But other countries dint have that restriction, the USA is one of the few.
Because your immune system is lowered they say no deli meat as there is an increased risk of being susceptible to listeria, a common bacteria causing nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
I had no idea you couldn't eat deli meat. I eat it and always have. Why shouldn't you eat it?
I eat salads and deli meats constantly lol to each their own. Nothing better than a chicken salad sandwich from paradise bakery! Yum!
I heard you could eat salad stuff if it comes from your own home or someone you know that has a clean kitchen. I have only ate my own and my moms chicken salad. I also won't eat salads out due to people don't wash their hands before making your salad I don't want to chance it. To each its own but I'm safe rather then sorry.
I would say no, because the chicken is fully cooked.
