ECV....?!
I have an appointment on Monday with an obstetrician for the procedure called external cephalic version (ECV) ,has anyone of you ladies tried this before does it hurts to much, will this cause me an early labor I'm 37 weeks ftm and feeling a bit scared about it now, plz I'm waiting for any response....
Speaking from experience it wasn't bad at all, took all of 10 minutes! Pressure is all no real pain! Just be prepared could lead to a c section or baby could turn again! Try crawling and rocking until Monday! It may help!!
You can youtube it, theres a few videos on how its done. I heard some ladies say it hurt and some say it was just pressure.
