Go to the book store and pick up that book What to expect when expecting. My friend had one and gave it to me and i have found that its good to have to resort to for questions and why this happens or why u feel the way your feeling. Its got everything in there from eating healthy, month to month guide of whats happening to your body as baby grows, whats safe or not safe to do, how to exercise and not over do it, explains symptoms your having that u might not understand. Your pregnancy will fly by! Congrats to u and your baby to be!!!!!

Prenatal that include DHA, DHA is really important for babies brain development. Eat as healthy as you can, lots of fruit, veggies and protein. Try to enjoy this time and not stress. Its so amazing and time will fly by. Congratulations!

Theres alot of meds u can't take anymore except for Tylenol and even that seems questionable now if u get sick just make sure u don't get a fever thats the only thing that will really affect baby while preggers n sick. Also I didn't see mentioned make sure all meats are heated well including ur subway sand coldcuts or bologna sandwichs more things will come once ur belly starts growing good luck!

Make sure you avoid cleaning the litter box if you have cats but if you have to clean one wear a mask and gloves and wash you hands as soon as you get done.
