Im 6 weeks pregnant and experiencing very bad gas pains.  I know its gas because I can feel it moving.  Is this normal and if so what can I do?

It is normal, I find taking metmucil twice a day helps. I got the pills, since couldn't stand drinking the mixture anymore. Or just eat lots of fiber.

Gas is definitely normal.  I had it the entire time I was pregnant with my 6 year old, and I'm 6 weeks pregnant and it's back.  Mines travel as well, and certain foods make it worse.

It's normal and was one of my biggest pregnancy indicators!  Lay on your left side specifically. They say walking helps, but it doesn't help me!! Laying on my left side is all that helps! And having my husband pat my back like a baby to help me burp. Lol

Im 6w3d and also having lots of gas. I notice when I lay on my side with my leg over a pillow helps me feel less pressure and helps release the gas.
