This pregnancy for me was nasty I kept getting sick :( but I found sipping 7 up or tea with lemon or something that settles a tummy made me feel a bit better and I would munch on small fruits or some crackers with peanut butter
Ginger ale helps settle the stomach. Snacking, water, hot water with lemon always helped me
I have felt the same way. I am 7 weeks. I normally try to drink some water or have a small snack.
