Does anyone know if there is any risk if I clean a dirty goldfish tank? Like there can be when cleaning a cats litter tray?

That's a good point, pregnancy makes you so aware (paranoid) of EVERYTHING!
You'll be fine.. I grew up on a farm... Shoveling out stalls every day...no pregnant woman working on a farm stopped taking care of their animals simply because they are carrying a child. If you're really worried about it though just wear a mask. :)
I hope not because my bf has a 120 gallon salt water tank
