They kind of go hand in hand. Try a glass of milk, or some Tums. Sleep with your head elevated. Avoid eating large meals, try eating 5-6 small meals. Cut out eating at least 2 hours before bed. Hope some of these tips help:)
It could be any of them, if it's just in the chest it's heart burn, if your getting the feeling of feeling sick in your throat then more than likely it's indigestion
