I'm almost 29 weeks and I have low blood pressure and low blood sugar had any other moms dealt with this I'm dizzy and have not been able to work in a week!

I have some of the same problems. My blood pressure is low, but still normal at 98/66 ish. I'm not anemic, but you should have that checked as that could cause the dizziness and low blood sugar symptoms. I also have asthma that has gotten worse. I think my heart is just tired out from pumping all that blood to the baby.
Have you checked your problems with your doctor? Try to sleep on your left side. It will increase the blood flow towards your heart n alleviate dizziness. Drink lots of fluid n juices. Good luck!
