Frequent Urination

I am 8 weeks and 3 days and the past few nighst I have to get up every two hours to pee :/ I just started a new job I'm a high school science teacher and if there are any teachers out there u know how impossible it is to go pee every five seconds. Anyone know how to help relieve this other than the obvious? I haven't had my first prenatal visit yet but I do plan to ask...thanks ladies!

Thanks! Yeah I need to be more careful at night for sure. .. you're lucky you're so close to the bathroom at work mine is kinda far :/ thanks for the advice though I will be trying it!! :)

Im 7w5d and have to go every 5 minutes too! I hope u r able to sneak out when u need too! My bathroom is right next to my office.. i read to lean forward while peeing to completely empty your bladder.. and this wont help during the day but try to avoid fluids an hr or two before bed.. good luck :) i heard it eases a little in the 2nd trimester!
