After I eat I get a lot if gas in my stomach and bloating.  Before I was pregnant I would drink apple cider vinager to be relieved.  Can I drink it while pregnant?  Is there any other way to relieve the gas?

I get terrible gas pains in my stomach. I had these pains before I was pregnant also. I asked my doctor if it was safe to continue taking gas-x and they said that was fine. Its the same type of medication you give to babies when they have gas

Yes you can drink apple cider vinegar while pregnant. It will definitely help. You use the stuff with "the mother" in it right? I'm 11 weeks. I kept my normal routine of a shot of ACV every night. I told my doctor too. You can also try tea that has peppermint and ginger. I love yogi licorice mint tea! I asked my doctor also bout that and she said it's fine especially in small amounts. Like not 3 times a day.
