Well congratulations, you must be so excited! I have a csection planned for Feb. 26 or 27 they didn't tell me the exact day yet. I will probably put on some more weight in the last month, I'm always hungry lately. I've been measuring ahead my whole pregnancy. They also said i have a shorter cervix so they are hoping I don't go into Labour early, as it's already thinning out. My mom gained 60 lbs in all her three pregnancies so I'm thankful I have not gained that much. She didn't have any problems losing the weight after so I'm hoping the weight will come off easily for me also. I'm so excited for you to meet your baby let us know how everything goes from here :)

I thought anything up to 40lbs was average?  Especially if the baby is bigger like 8 or 9 lbs? Does your doctor think you'll have early Labour?
