So I just noticed this morning I have like pink spots all over my cheekes is this normal it looks weird almost like a rash but isn't. Has anyone had this before?

I've noticed little spots on my belly lately, which I didn't have my first pregnancy. Probably similar, with the increased blood flow. I'm 33 weeks, by the way.
It's very common. It's most likely a case of what is called mask of pregnancy. It is because of the increase in blood volume. It usually goes away shortly after delivery. :) Concealer can cover it and won't make it any worse.
