Gender revealed Hamburger/ Hotdog theory

I found out yesterday that everyone in my family my now fiance and my daughter were all wrong.... All that meat and cheese and its a Girl lol I went into shock I had to return all the boys clothes :-( Im 16 weeks finally ! Ladies have you had the gender test and the ultrasound person telling you hamburger lol and it being accurate at 16 weeks ?

I was told my little one had a hamburger... (2bread buns and the burger inside)

I was told at 16wks boy but at my 20 week scan a girl there were three lines her parts were just swollen at the 16 week. :(

@June I hope you didnt buy boy clothes :-( You may have a girl, Im confused Ive never heard of this and I saw alot of women say it changes. I got a bunch of girl clothes

I was Told boy at 11wks AND at 18 wks. The 18wk pic looked to me like it had lines (hamburger) much more than it looked like a Weiner (hot dog) so I was not convinced.  Had elective u/s at 21 wks and she said inconclusive but leaning towards girl! Lol.  Today (25wks) another elective u/s confirmed girl. Prominent hamburger shot finally!!  3 very clear lines from the labia...it looks like a burger, hence the reference!

@prego I went to the ultrasound place eith the same reaction lol the lady was saying that hotdog/ hamburger theory is a way to tell the gender between a boy or a girl in early pregnancy. Was wondering if this is accurate all the way through

My little one is shy. It took until 25 weeks for them to say soundly it's a girl.

I honestly am so confused from your post...meat and cheese?? Hamburger/hotdog?? What are you talking about? I've never heard anything like that and wasn't sure what you were referencing....can you clarify?
