I take probiotics and my doctor didn't seem worried about it..

Let your class trainer no so that they can help you. Like the person above said, dont try to work any harder, keeping yourself active is very good. Just make sure and listen to your body. Speak to your Dr or MW before you take anything. Good luck!
I'm not sure about probiotics, I would ask your Dr. If your not getting hit in the stomach as long as you stay at the workout level your at and don't try to improve or work harder it's fine. Just listen to your body.
