Pelvic achiness? Just me?

So is anyone experiencing pelvic achiness?? Aches & pains now & then? I'm only 13 weeks... could it already be round ligament pain? It's a little stronger today than normal. It feels a little crampy too. It's all in my uterus area. I lost twins last year @ 21 weeks, so I'm very, very, very nervous with this pregnancy! Anyone??

I had the same thing lower back/ pelvic/lower spinal pain around the same time. Second trimester was nice because it went away. Now at 32 weeks it's back again. Not sure if it was supposed to come back or if I irritated it because of a fall I had. Oh well.

this started last week or so and i had a doc appointment last thursday and i got to hear the healthy heart beat but still get nervous

I feel it also am 11 weeks and have cramps and achyness the doc said as long as I'm not spotting also then its normal I had a misscariage last year but didn't even make it the first month thru so I'm very nervous also mine seems to start more when I get off work and relax I'm trying to stay hydrated with water but I have no other ideas either
