Getting checked??
Does it hurt when the doctor checks your cervix? I was told today that I will get checked at my 39 week visit in 2 weeks. I'm nervous!
For me it was a bit uncomfortable but definitely not painful. My dr was very gentle and made sure I was relaxed before he did anything which I think helped a lot.

It depends on how rough your Dr is. Ive been told that my cervix sits back farther so they have a hard time reaching it. My last 2 pregnancies the nurses were literally climbing up on the bed at the hospital lol. So for me it's a bit uncomfortable, but it really just depends on the Dr.
