It's been uncomfortable for me and slightly painful because I have not dilated any and he reaches all the way up there :( As others have said relaxing helps, I also wiggles my toes looking up.
First time it hurt like a motha! Second time... spread your legs breath and relax
I don't find it either....uncomfortable or painful....

It was slightly painful but more uncomfortable than anything.
My first two pregnancies it was just uncomfortable, the last one though I have a fibroid that developed between pregnancy 2 and pregnancy 3, it's located close to my cervix and made it slightly more painful. I do agree though that you need to be relaxed, it definitely makes a difference
It is painful in my case everyone is different
I agree I find it more uncomfortable than painful. Just relax and breathe it goes fast also. It feels like alot of pressure.
It's uncomfortable rather than painful. Just have to try to relax, the more tense you are the worse it will be. Best wishes!
