Girdles!??
Hey Im 5'6 pre baby weight was 225lbs. Now im at 230lbs on week 38.. Im full all over.. Kinda proportioned all over(prepregnancy at least) lol.. Still fat:/ but I'm looking for a good postpartum girdle to purchase for after I have the baby.. My torso is long and sometimes.i end up with a short corset type thing leaving out the top or bottom fat.. So if someone knows of a full body or "long" girdle that wouldbe extra helpful.. Thanx, for any comments will help.
If you know your size & everything. Aliexpress.com have nice waste trainers & corset. I ordered me a steel nice trainer & i love it. It helps with your posture & give you an nice shape after birth.
They gave it to you? Didnt know they provide one.. I'll try and ask for one when I go. Thnx
The support bandage the hospital gave me was great, wore it for like 3wks. It went from under the boobs to the pelvis and was so supportive. I've since been told you can even sleep in it which I'll probably do this time!
