Girly Parts Problem

So, I have painful itching between my legs. The area right between my anus and vagina feels infected. So infected and painful that it hurts to use the bathroom, walk, sit, stand up, and I'm having the worse time cleaning myself in the shower. I can't tell if it's hemorrhoids or if I have a rash. I'm not experiencing odor or heavy discharge. I'm currently using ivory soap to keep from irritating the area. I'm 33 weeks and I can't see down there. I don't see my obgyn for another week and I this is slightly embarrassing, so I don't want to go to anybody else. Please help, any advice is welcomed.

It's completely external. No odor or signs of yeast.

Could it be a yeast infection maybe ?

No. My husband dabbed it on the blood vessel with a cotton ball lol.  Bless his heart. But a bath with a cup of vinegar to soak your parts in would work. I'm just not sure that the vinegar is safe this far along be cause of acid content? I also used raw/organic . Research it.

Or get the medicated wipes. That sounds horrible, I've been fortunate to not get any (yet) but I did get a broken blood vessel ....yes I'm my buttcrack. Super uncomfortable and I was embarrassed to say Amy thing to the doctor. My husband suggested apple cider vinegar (natural anti inflammatory) it helped a lot. I'm not sure about the acid content being that far along though. I was only about 25 weeks then.

Step, thank you for replying. For the past few nights I've been using an anti-bacterial ointment, hoping that would help. I guess I'm going to have to break down and buy something. Thank you!
