Yes i agree plenty of fluids and eat regular i passed out on my way to work 1 morning waiting for my bus i was shaking and weak a man that was also waiting for the bus said it looked like i was having a fit so i went straight to hospital they done all the tests and turned out my blood pressure had dropped which made me pass out i have suffered with low blood pressure a few times whilst being pregnant but only actually passed out once the other times have just been funny turns to the point i feel like im going to pass out... its not nice but is very common in pregnancy so like i say keep up the fluids and small snacks throughout the day :)

I actually found out I was pregnant with my daughter bc I fainted at work. I had the same systems they told me it was dehydration. Lots of water and small snacks!

I agree it is probably blood sugar. It is good to eat multiple times a day and snack in between meals.

If you are concerned I would call your doctor's office. Never hesitate to call them for anything.

It could have something to do with blodpressure or bloodsugar. Have you eaten irregularly that could happen. Try to eat something and see if its getting better. Also tell your doc if you have more concerns.
