I was regular before my pregnancy now I only go once a week.. I was drinking two cups of prune juice and it made me go too bad. So I'm eating the dry prunes day three now and still haven't gone:( this is nerve recking to me. My doctor told me two- three colace and prunes should get me going...nothing. so I think I'm going back to my prune juice...
I had a horrible time going before I got pregnant and now it's even worse... I take metamucil every day (it is safe while pregnant) and it helps as much as possible even though I'm still super constipated..it might work better for you.
Eat dried plums (prunes) before breakfast on empty stomach. I am 28 week pregnant didnt have any constipation at all...
