Hello everyone! I'm getting closer and closer to my due date and it still isn't coming fast enough! I'm 36 weeks and since my 6th month I've been experiencing pain in my groin, of course it was brushed off when I brought it up to my nurse, round ligament pain is what it was called. I've been a trooper to all the pains I've been feeling, but this is getting worse and worse. It hurts to walk, stand, and even roll over in bed. I'm constantly crying and yelping through the night because it's so painful. Has anyone else experienced this? Any remedy suggestions?

I've had round ligament pain since mid 2nd tri. It *****! Hurts to sit up from standing, getting out of bed, etc. Get out of bed slowly. Don't jump up or you will scream.
Walking my dog every day for 20 to 30 min has helped a ton. It's also made the SI joint pain dissapear.

I'm 31 weeks and I've been experiencing the same symptoms.  I looked it up on Google lol (probably the worst thing to do,) but I found something called PSD it's a pelvic disorder during pregnancy where if your body has to much relaxin (a hormone your body produces during pregnancy) it can cause your hips to displace during pregnancy and it "should" be treated during pregnancy to keep you from having further complications later in life. I tried stretching and stuff but it made it worse, it was bad so I just sat propped up in bed so it was easier to get in and out and it made it a little better. Good luck I hope you feel better soon. ♡ :)
