3rd trimester questions?

Hello all you mommy's to be out there :) I am currently 30 weeks ftm and just curious about a couple things? Currently I have been having a hard time breathing, it seems to happen out of nowhere I can just be sitting or laying down and I feel as if I am out of breath..I was just wondering if this is something that others are experiencing? It doesnt happen all the time just supuraticly through out the day. Other question, is it normal for morning sickness to come back in the 3rd trimester? At night I have been having to feel as if I need to throwup just out of nowhere, I had horrible morning sickness in the 1st trimester I lost 10 pounds.. so just seeing if anyone else has or is going through the same thing? Thanks ladies :)

I found thy putting both my arms above my head as if stretching gives some relief when you are finding it a bit hard to breathe. When your baby drops apparently you will feel like its easier to breathe. As for the sickness I haven't reallly experienced that, the only thing is if I drink to much milk I feel a little off for a while afterwards. I am 35+1 and the end is in sight now :-)

Shortness if breath is normal all ur insides are cramped up so its hard to breath at times. Morning sickness coming back in third trimester is also normal. I'm 32 weeks and going through the same thing it ***** but we are almost at the finish line :)
